Apart from the reactive change you request of us, our team would also keep your Wordpress website and it's plugins up to date to make sure it's working as well as it needs to.
Our support team would additionally monitor your website externally using specialised monitoring tools to ensure that it's online and performing well.
The service covers you for up to 8 hours' worth of changes per month. Anything above this would be charged at our ad-hoc service rate.
* Any new services (such as new pages, plugins, etc) that would otherwise incur a billable fee are charged separately. The technician would let you know in advance to allow you to confirm the additional charge prior to any work commencing.
